Montana Skies Live DVD
I finally read this book after being prodding by friends and relatives. I had a feeling I wouldn’t like it, but I decided I would at least give it a fair shake by actually reading it.
I wish I hadn’t.
This book is just awful. This book is easily the worst book I’ve ever read. Aside from the obvious problems with this book that have been repeatedly stated here and elsewhere on the internet, there are 4 of my own I’d like to add.
1-This book says so much with saying so little. Meyer spends effort detailing minutia that no one could possibly care about. The first chapter of the book could have been reduced to a few pages. I don’t care how she unpacked or how she walked up the stairs. Verbiage, the verbiage is just cumbersome. Every other paragraph expresses some odd facial contortion or heart murmur. Where is the depth? Who is Bella Swan? Where/what is her inner dialog? What makes her tick? What are her strengths? I get it, she’s clumsy. (How many times does this have to be driven home?) I get it, she doesn’t like herself much. What else? How did she become so self loathing? How did she get to a point of falling in love with someone so easily, someone who treats her poorly? What about Edward? Who is he? What are his flaws? What are his weaknesses? I get it, he’s perfect at everything, he’s perfect looking, he’s perfect in every way, other than being a jerk to Bella. Why is he a jerk to her? Does the author think that disrespect and sexism is normal for a relationship?
2-Normally when I’m reading a book, even a book I don’t like much, I find myself sinking in. I become so absorbed by the story that I’m not even aware that I’m reading anymore. I sink in. I didn’t sink in at any point with Twilight. I never felt absorbed by this story. Each and every word I read I was aware that I was reading. It was tedious and boring, almost painful at times. There was no story to pull me in, nothing made me care. There was no plot, the characters are empty and vapid. Maybe I’m to

The I Pod is a great tool and enertainment media fo the business traveler. You can multi-task between e-mail, contacts, financial, and de-stressing with your favorite music selection. What a diverse capability and easy to use. I do think a simple attached primer would help enhance getting the beginner involved rapidly at a simple touch of the screen.

I waited with anticipation for my Kindle, I wanted one since I heard about it over 2 years ago. Finally after holding and seeing one from a fellow student,I knew I had to get one. I looked at all the other types of e-readers but after reading reviews my VOTE was for the Kindle. I placed my order and waited for it’s arrival. It came 2 days early and needless to say I was not home but my daughter called me and told me it had arrived and I could not wait to get home, I was so anxious. I was not dissapointed at all. I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. I have a special case, a beautiful skin, and sound absorbent ear buds and book light. I have played with it for hours and hours, just learning about it, it is so simple to use, and downloading books is effortless,Music transfers are a breeze, and the ability to download PDF, files is amazing. I love my new Kindle, I don’t leave home without it. Taking it out in public is like taking anew baby out people are so curious they wan tto know what it is. Kindle advertise more and get the word out. Can’t wait for the new applications for folders.

I have a black lab with a gorgeous, shiny topcoat, but with a very thick undercoat. Despite this healthy coat, he’s always been a shedder. Though I had heard of the Furminator, I was dubious as to its mythic powers (anything advertised via infomercial has to be a scam, right?), but was willing to try it, as regular dog brushes yielded little fur.
This product is INCREDIBLE. I hope its inventor is a quadruple-gazillionaire, because a few swipes with the Furminator pulled out so much fur that I can practically build another dog out of the pile of hair. My dog’s coat looks even sleeker now, and more importantly, he loves the way it feels (must be a big relief for him to get rid of all that dead hair) whereas he hated being brushed.
I highly recommend this product to anyone who owns a hairy beast. You won’t be sorry, and your beast will thank you.
The Beat Beat Beat
I bought this bike for my 10 year old daughter. I bought this so that she could ride further and faster when going on family bike rides. With her Mountain bike (Giant MTX 225) she is always the first one tired. I looked into buying her slick tires for this bike, but the decent ones, with shipping would have cost $40-50 for the set. This bike at 3 times that price and everything included was a better deal.
In short, the market for kids road bikes is highly limited. Everyone makes nice reasonably priced mountain bikes. Trek and Felt make road models that are quite pricey for a kid who is just getting started. I’d love to get her one of those, but I just can’t justify the price.
This bike was a good alternative. It uses mountain shifters/derailleurs to save money, but that is fine. She is already used to the twist shifters, and the gearing is fine for her. For the price you pay, it is a decent bike. We’ve been on a few 10-15 mile rides with it, and it has worked fine. (11/21/07 – She has since completed a 1/4 Century on this bike with over 1000 ft of climbing. She and the bike both performed flawlessly.)
The bike, as shipped, just has the brakes and derailleurs slapped on. They had not been adjusted at all. I work on my own road bike, so this was not a problem for me, but others may want professional help. The front derailleur was actually bolted on too low and rotated, so that the chain rubbed in almost every gear combination. There is no inline adjustment for the front derailleur. I just picked up one from Jagwire and I’ll be installing that this weekend.
It would be nice if there were some braze-ons for mounting a water bottle cage. But there are solutions to that also.
I did remove the brake levers and replaced them with my ancient brake levers from my late 70’s Fuji road bike. These old levers have the secondary lever that you can pull from the tops of the handlebars. I did this solely for my daughter’s convenience.
My major concern is that the front wheel

We’ve owned several digital scales and always get different results every time we step on it. With the EatSmart scale we get the same number every time. It’s an attractive looking scale with accurate results. Just put the scale on the floor and give it a quick bump with your heal and climb on aboard.

The new iPod touch 3rd generation is easy to use, has great apps and the speaker/voice functions are extremely enjoyable for tech folks. I bought this as a gift and my teen and she loves this device! Definitely received the best price via Amazon and delivery was prompt! Highly recommend!

I read this book and i got to say this is one of the best books in the world. If you like to read books you must read Twilight. The story never lets you go and i like the way is tolled. Not many books have this way of telling its story.
